Try Me Recipe: Lavender Salts Hot Soak


Stressed and sore? Need to relax? No time for a massage? Here’s a super-simple (and pretty awesome) recipe that you might not expect to do your body (and mind) good… but it does!

Per bath

2 cups Epsom salts

10 drops lavender essential oil

As you're running your warm/hot bath water, add ingredients to the tub. Mix until dissolved

Then ease in and enjoy your muscle-loosening, stress-reducing bath!

Tip: To avoid dehydration or drying out your skin too much, be sure you soak for no more than twenty minutes.
